The committee of Gruh Finance has allotted 4,261 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOS - 2005.
The allotment of 4,261 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a grant price of Rs 67 per share, have been made pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the some of eligible employees and directors of the company under ESOS-2005.
These shares were allotted by the committee of directors on 14 October 2008.
